Yes it's boot looping. Normally you would hold power and volume up or down but being a radio I'm not sure if you can do it that way.

Looks like your radio uses an android os, and was doing an update but got interrupted. So it's probably stuck in a boot loop trying to finish but can't.

Push something in the RST hole see if that fixes it, if not, try pulling the battery. If they dont work you probably need a new radio.

Did you try the reset (RST) button? holding it down with a sim ejector pin til it cycles.

Disconnect your battery for 30 minutes.

Try to enter the recovery mode. The way to enter it is different between models but has to be one of these three: Option 1: While starting the car hold volume up. Option 2: While stating the car hold volume down. Option 3: While starting the car hold both. If u see a menu the controls should be Menu navigation: tapping vol up/down Confirm: tap the power icon. If u see a screen that has no menu try another of the three options. There are two different menu's. Recovery and Fastboot also called "Download mode". We want to be in recovery. You should just factory reset it. Should it still not work after u did a factory reset a new one of the same model is aroud 100 bucks. Answer me here if you need further help.

Ay so @LunarEchox is correct. Your center console is stuck in a boot loop. This is not the generic android Animation, but this looks like the apparent boot load Animation for your android radio device.

It's in a boot loop. It's the android boot animation and it can't boot into the system

Try disconnecting your car battery for 2 hours. The icon you're seeing is the android boot icon. Android is the operating system that a lot of phones and tablets use, and is probably what your radio uses. You can try booting into "recovery" mode by holding a specific key combo, and choosing "clear cache/dalvik". Then reboot and it should have enough free disk space to resume operation.

Sadly, Tim Murphy passed away during the Covid - 19 pandemic. The original Candy Cane Lane started right across the West Frankfort High School, the street name is Candy Cane Lane in honor of Mr. Murphy. He was the only Art teacher in the West Frankfort School system for decades. He always went all out for Christmas! He would have mechanized and motorized decorations of the summer's most popular characters. It really gave small town West Frankfort a place on the map. Police would have to direct traffic on Main Street just to accommodate the people trying to get down Main Street and those wanting to see Candy Cane Lane! It was a very busy month for all the neighborhood during that time. People who lived there would have to park on the street away from the flow of traffic. They did put up a donations box to help pay for the extra electrical usage. After Mr. Murphy's passing, I can understand why they moved it to the WF Public Park. Evelyn and I helped paint and set up some of the decorations. It was a great way to get out of class! We used to help to decorate for Prom too!

Not seeing the final product was disappointing. But my mom used to make these for use in the 80s as a kid just meat,carrots,lots of onion ,and potatoes salt and pepper,butter and it was good everytime.
