It was wonderful to see you both back! I didn't even realize that much time had passed on the video because you really kept it all about the stitching, and I just love that😊. Both of you showed such fantastic pieces! I loved seeing it all. I'm a big fan of the BosStitchers too, and yes, what you see is what you get with them. They are so much fun and so down to earth. I'll be seeing them at a retreat here in about a week or so, and am so looking forward to sharing some laughs and stitching with them 😊. Sheryll, did I hear you correctly? You are stitching that PS Santa in the yellow fisherman's coat multiple times? You and Chris must have had a lot to talk about then 😂. Michelle, I'm so sorry for the loss in your family. It's just a terrible thing to go through. It gets easier with time, but wow, it can really knock you down and keep you there for a while when it happens. Sending prayers to you and your family. I hope your daughter has a lovely day for her wedding, and that you all have a wonderful time celebrating!

Hi Michelle - I was sorry to hear about your recent loss. I did not know about it before because I am not on Instagram. I guess everyone else who was able to send condolences earlier found out about it there. And good luck with your daughter's wedding. It will be a bright and joyful counterpart to what you have just experienced. I hope you have a Bright Christmas in July bout of stitching before Michelle gets too busy with her daughter's wedding. I guess you write your plans in water - or would that be better in something stronger. I usually drown my plans in something stronger. 🤭🤣😂😛

Hello Michelle & Sheryll from Hamilton, Ontario! I'm so glad to have found your Flosstube. It was a pathway that started when I was watching Arica who mentioned the Canada Swap which led me to Karen (stitching owl) & you two! Yay fellow Canadians!! And thrilled to hear of the swap, thank you all for organizing this. Your stitching is gorgeous & very much many of my stitching preferences. I had the pleasure of visiting PEI in June 2023 for a nurses union convention. It was a great week in PEI! Sending condolences & prayers to you & yours Michelle for your loss. And to you as well Sheryll....friends can feel a friend's journey through this process.

Michelle I'm starting to agree with start everything, I've got 48/55 on my list for next year. Sheryll, I follow Helen Daley's tutorial for bags, and if I can do it, anyone can, but she doesn't use vinyl. I have October 31st and plan to start it in January, I've already stitched 2 in the series. Watching your video has made my day bright -er and please don't mention the word Christmas, shopping for a teenage boy is impossible 😅

I'm so glad that you both were able to make another flosstube! It's wonderful to see all of your beautiful projects, even if it's only a few stitches. You have to start somewhere. I've also had startitis! I have a couple of Christmas projects to start and then more summer/autumn, lol. Hope you have a great time at the wedding and then a more relaxing summer before it's over. Glad to see you met the lady from Bosstitchers. I met her at a retreat in Maine and she mentioned she was going to PEI. I'm glad she did get there.

Hello ladies, I’m really late to the party,lol. I’ve been working on 20 count Aida, it’s so much easier on the eyes than 40 count. . Hand Dyed by Rolanda is out of Toronto & she has some 20 count in stock, she will also do custom dying .

On the question of 36 count linen. Do you use a magnifying lamp? It was a game changer for me.
