Winter descending on our favorite destinations doesn’t need to keep us at home on the weekends. Bare trees lead to expansive views in the mountains, and normally-crowded beach destinations give way to secluded get-aways. Learn how to equip yourself to not only surviv...

Pilot Mountain
21 день тому
Did a quick out-and-back trip this weekend to Pilot Mountain, NC. Had a great time tooling around Mount Airy, the town that inspired The Andy Griffith show. It was a little mobbed, with so much of the Western NC areas shut down currently, but we had a nice lunch, and a great time camping, with a free concert thrown in as a bonus! Listen in to hear more.

No Clue How I ended up here but happy I did. I used to do dirt road running over a lifetime ago and some if not all of this would have been good info then. Amazing how great information like this can be found at your finger tips.

Back in the day we used to call it just wheeling and camping, but it’s evolved into overlanding now. My wife and I have been out adventuring for over five years now, and I just wanted to start off a podcast with some of the kinds of information I wish I’d seen before spending a river of $ on the wrong stuff. Love where our rig is now, and know exactly what direction I want to take it. Hoping I can help some newbies out there! Thanks for listening!
