You have shown this same tutorial in another channel! This does not work. If you change the order of the attribute field as you have shown, you will get the same order as before after closing or removing the shapefile. It is not permanent. Folks, don't rely on this method!
This does not work. When you close the shapefile, and open it again, all the order gets remain same as before.
Thanks for your comments. The same data will not be used for a long time. So the field priority changes when the data changes. That's why this functionality is temporarily provided by esri.
