It’s happen after the Harrow quest. SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER : It's actually the man in the wall, an entity from the Void (or even the Void itself) who takes the form of our operator to observe us (I think he wants to put pressure on us). It's one of the biggest threats in the warframe universe. Albrecht Entrati was the first person known to come into contact with this entity in the system, and realized that it was capable of creating doppelgangers. The man in the wall is also able to obtain a great deal of information without knowing how. If he calls you "Hey Kiddo" it's because he knows that Tenno's parents used to call him that, and he's trying to intimidate you. He used to call Albrecht Entrati "Little Bengel" because that's what his parents used to call him. You havr to know that Rell (Harrow's creator and owner), who is also the founder of Red Veil (big respect on my favorite syndicate), is one of the few people to have single-handedly understood that the Man in the Wall was a real danger and sacrificed himself to contain the threat.

@@therealajzaini it's actually a child, essentially a demon of your own Tenno, she didn't start showing up for me until I did The New War quest, once you've done that your ghost/demon will randomly appear and speak to you for a moment before disappearing much like in my clip
