Cause the game doesnt receive any changes?Hammerdin,Blizzard,Light sorcs are still meta but they buffed some other builds Nova is a thing again arguably one of the best builds to farm and the strongest build currently in the game MosaicSin(basically every single charged spell without Fist of Fire) you release all of them with a kick or dragon claw. Mosaic(Runeword for Claws basically gives 50% chance to refresh all charges and you can carry two so its 100% refresh duration on every charge) you more or less teleport kick or dragonflight around and you have charges all the time. They also introduced a few new runewords and Sunder charms(Cold,Fire,Light that break immunes and they dropp hella easy from a new feature called Terror Zones) Terror Zones are amplified normal zones which change every hour and a single white mob can become a lvl 96 mob cause it scales like few levels above your level. Currently there hasnt been changes for a few seasons because the Remaster probably lived its purpose and that was to engage players for Diablo 4.But im kinda hopeful they might start updating the game again(althou chance currently is very low).
