Yesterday afternoon my sons told me their friend's Uncle got shot in head, truck stolen. There was return fire. At around 26 minute mark of reading I stumble between words occupation and opposition. I say there's an injury. The uncle is a contractor who was hiring a person from Venezuela. This is who shot him. He survived injury but has headaches, can't see out one eye. Also in Chicago the Mayor halted shotspotters, a 100 million dollar tech system that alerts police to shots fired. Ancestors saved this man's soul but there's more to the story, at least more than I was told...☆

Doing a separate comment, as the first was a lot. I went down the MK Ultra rabbit hole this week after it was mentioned by another creator, and was contemplating the cross section of epigenetics when applied to MK Ultra tactics. Zombie apocalypse is the wet brain army, and easily mentally manipulated. Every time I go to sleep I include protection from mental manipulation/mind control. They're manipulating the media and dropping subliminals through any source to create a specific desired reaction/result. This is a pattern I noticed.

They're doing spellwork on chakras to keep your neurological system/balance off kilter. Headaches=crown/third eye, sore throat/stutter=throat chakra, fake news/illusions=third eye/heart chakra, stomach issues=solar plexus, sharp pain in female organs=womb magic, profiling your preferences and sending in ops=sacral chakra, root work=throwing off your creativity. I can feel it when they do it. Random pain=voodoo doll. I ask Spirit for spirit's will to be done, but please stop it every time. You can also match the color chakra to the color of stone for protection so: lepidolite=crownchakra, amethyst=third eye chakra, blue apatite=throat chakra, green fluorite=heart chakra, citrine=solar plexus, carnelian=sacral chakra, bloodstone=root chakra. Labradorite can be used to balance and protect the auric field, flash fire ammonite balances all chakras. Selenite is another that could significantly help atm. Those are my top two choices for daily wear especially going in public. I was given one, and made the other as protective amulets. Also I wear a veil every day to protect the crown chakra. Annointing oil on the third eye in a sigil. I do an ank for Goddess Isis because she helps protect me. Mirror magic, do sigil on the mirror, when you do your skincare I also do sigils on my face for protection. That's a lot of info, but I hope it helps whoever reads this. This is just some of my protection spiritual practices.

In my healing journey I learned that it's less about the amount of food and more about what you eat. I cut out refined sugar, flour, fried foods, and soft drinks, and I was addicted to that stuff my whole life. I turned 51 this year and am healthier than I've ever been perfect bmi!
