we can edit a character that already animated..we can use edit multiple frames function and edit animation..we can change size of the symbol and make changes to the place..we can also rotate the symbol that already animated..select the layer and lock all other layer then use edit multiple frames. also mark all for edit.. check link for tracing image and eye blink how to trace images - ua-cam.co...
