A Foodie's Fortuitous Encounter in Bangkok
This is not tourism , this is an unarmed invasion!
I was there a few days ago. I worked near that place but never noticed that place exists. My co-worker told me to give it a try. It was a good place with a really nice view.
The tourists in Japan are insane right now. The other day my wife and I were in the gardens around the emperors palace in tokyo, And we heard a rustling in the bush. Had a look to see what it was and a tourist was in there with his pants down shitting. Absolutely mental.
I was in Kyoto and visited this temple in October, and I 100% agree. It is too crowded. However, I learnt some basic Japanese before going and this made a big difference. Locals were much more positive in their interactions with me. Nihongo wa muzukashii kedo, kore kara mo manabi tsudzukete ikitai desu.
I've had a lucky opportunity to go to Kyoto during covid, with the only tourists being japanese. Ever since 2023 it feels like everyone went insane about going to Japan, it wasnt like this pre-covid, so nowadays I'd recommend exploring the less popular tourist destinations in Japan.
Are those Chinese tourists?
yes, mostly.
Yes. Blaming them again.
gaijin tourists are the worst
Chinese tourists appear to be the largest ethnic group, followed by Japanese and Korean tourists. I also saw many US and European tourists, as well as a sprinkling of South and Southeast Asians.
If you think it's not a fun place to visit because of all tourists, how do you think the residents feel?
I agree with you! It is not fun to visit a place that is full of tourists. I encountered that problem when I was in Italy. Thank you for posting this video.
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing this video with us. I feel like I am traveling with you and getting to see the world. What beautiful experiences you are having!
70s is the best age.
Thank you, looking forward to it.
Those lit up trees and bushes look beautiful.
Things will change a great deal in the U.S. I certainly hope we will be farther away from wars.
Totally agree with you regarding your political views.
Did you retire in Thailand at 62?
@@CyberJovs Yes I did!
Just be yourself. Later when you gain more viewers then you can consider making money.
I did not notice the fuzziness in your previous video you mentioned. Great to see what your experiencing.
Thanks for letting me know. I now think it may be my TV. I see it's fairly clear on my laptop but blurry on the TV.
Beautiful place!
Nice place! The divers put on show.
Dae, thank you for this video. Now I know what Puerto Vallarta looks like.
It is good to hear your voice, know that you are well, and you are enjoying life again.
Yes villa is beautiful country brother
You obviously arrived on a Sunday, hence the lack of activity
Beautiful swimming pool and the view. Glad you are doing well.
Glad to hear that you are enjoying your time in Bangkok. Thank you for the update. Wish you the best.
So you spent tens of thousands of dollars rather than take a trip to Savannakhet to extend?
Goodluck on your retirement visa
Enjoyed seeing the new culture and busy streets. Great to hear that you are having exciting new experiences.
Stupidity dressed up as culture.
Happy Songkran!
You can't go wrong in Thailand. Nice people nice culture. Happy SONGKRAN from England. 😂 🇬🇧🇹🇭😂. 🙏
I enjoyed seeing street scene of Thailand. Thanks a lot!
Thailand is one of those countries which are only good to be seen through videos. Expensive prices , arrogant inhabitants who doesn't learn english and who only thinks about money , brutal police , rightist government , hellish heats , wild beast... go there at your risk and peril.
Your so called plastic snake was a live green lizard , very commen
Thai people's big dream is to be New Korean!
You can extend for another 30 days at an immigration office anywhere in Thailand. After that you have to make a visa run such as going over to Laos. Spend a couple hours there then return to Thailand where the clock is reset and you get another 30 days. That will bring it to 90 days.
Sensory stimulation....indeed !!!
hello mister toxic.
Enjoyed your video and hearing you speak
Bangkok, like all the farang ghettos, sucks. "Everywhere you go in this country the people are modest and courteous." That is laugh-out-loud funny.
Awesome! Thank you for taking us on the tour with you.
David, espero que disfrutes de Mejico, yo estuve hace años y me enamoré de su gente…. Pásalo bien!
David!!! Aprovecha Mejico para practicar tu español … es una buena oportunidad 😊
It looks beautiful!
🤢🤢🤢
Korea looks really nice! It looks clean, quiet and more orderly than Thailand. Korean food also looks healthier than Thai food. Thank you for sharing this video with us. Have a safe trip! I am looking forward to seeing you!
Wow, wonderful experience! It hit me to travel Thailand soon.
Thank you for sharing this video with us. Wow! Lots of motorcycles. Not my kind of place. I would skip Pattaya.
You haven't seen anything yet!! Come back, do your research and fun.
Thanks, I'm looking forward to seeing more on my next trip there.
