Story: Abel was in the fields with his brother. The sun was rising, they woke up extra early to see which offering God had chosen hours prior. It was a contest, he was so happy he won because it meant that he would be the first out of the two to get a bride. Luluwa would be created first, and after an extended period of time, Cain would have his bride, Calmana, created later.
While he was in the middle of rejoicing that he would have someone to love, everything went black. When he opened his eyes, he looked very different. At first, he felt calm but when the reality of what happened set in, panic unfolded. He was inconsolable over what he had lost. He begged to go home but death is permanent. And no, Luluwa was not to be created. He was given an exception to go straight to Heaven instead of Limbo and that was considered his consolation prize but the priority of the bride project was to populate the Earth. And since Abel was dead, there was no point in him getting a bride.
Sera and Emily put their focus into helping him adjust and cope. But the situation was very foreign to them for it was the first of its kind to ever happen. Emily’s job is to bring joy, and this was the first time she failed so miserably that it deeply impacted her. Sera knew there was nothing they could do except give him his space.
Abel had a lot of things robbed from him with that one act: his family, his would be bride, and the family he would have had with her. After the despair, came the anger. And it was not entirely surprising that he went on to create the Exorcist Angels, with Emily especially advocating for it. She failed once in making him smile and she was not about to let another opportunity go to waste.
A sinner struck him down and from the ashes, a monster arose.

Halloween vibes, eyy. I want to make it clear that this is to show how Abel was like 10,000 years prior. He really was a sweet kid that became a genocidal jerk. This is to show how his mind has deteriorated since then. I know, it's easy to think he's justified but genocide is bad. I don't wanna woobify him and paint him in a totally good light (if that’s how it seems, sorry, it's a fine line to juggle) but what I also notice is that there is a lot of sympathy for Cain, especially in respects to his relationship with Awan.
Awan is cosmic karma. The straw that broke the camel’s back was Abel getting a bride first. Due to years of pent up envy and pride (he thought he deserved a bride first because he was the first born), Cain killed his brother. He knew what he was about to do was bad, even if it tore him up on the inside. Yes, the Morningstars manipulated him but they didn’t physically force him to do anything. The murder was an act of free will, just like Eve eating the apple. Cain got what he wanted, in a monkey’s paw way: he got his bride first but she's crazy and one of the worst things to happen to him. And he deserves it. Killing your sibling means you do get to face consequences and have a not fun time.
Biblically, Luluwa and Calmana are sometimes listed as Adam’s kids but here, they would have been created separately (no Alabama here). The reason there was a contest was because the Elders wanted to avoid a Lilith situation and they wanted to really take their time to make sure each bride came out perfect. And that meant making a bride one at a time.
Oh, and if you notice, I started adding the word “part” in the title. Why? So you know: 1. Where in the timeline this is happening 2. To give new viewers the impression that there's more content for them on my channel :) With each upload, the titles will change part names depending on when the vid takes place.
