Lovely video of the Soaring Eagle The last shot with multiple Eagles in the tree, reminded me of Brackendale in British Columbia. Just outside of Squamish on the road going up to Whistler. The Eagles gather between Jan-Feb. What video recorder did you use?

in westport? no way its extremely rare, the water there is just to cold. yes its possible to see them but its not very often.
