Sure have missed you here and drop. Glad to hear the baby is feeling better too. I'm curious as to how big the whole garden is. We have 11 6X3 raised beds to fill this year. Wonder if I don't use them all if I can plant a cover crop that I could mix with the shredded leaves I over-winter my beds with!! I have so much to learn!!😊
I’ve heard great things about tiller radish as a cover crop - but there’s so many to pick from! Our garden is roughly 4800 sq ft, including the walkways.
And we have missed you!
Great to see you guys again! Glad things are going well with you all!😊 Thanks for sharing your life with us!
New sub so I'm watching older videos. Sawdust can be easily and usually freely obtained from a sawmill if you have one nearby. Some wood may acidify your soil. But you can always balance that out with amendments at the beginning of the season.
No that doesn't sound funny on your spices. You are running a working pantry a mid pantry and a long-term pantry. which is the way everyone should do. Working that way saves you money by having a full pantry. Over time once it is established and (Working) you will save money. I sure hope you save and roll the apple sauce jars into your food storage.
Remember is some locations had a drought. Here in WV our apples were smaller this year...due to the drought. But they are just fine.
Ah makes sense! We had a drought too but our main affected crop was corn.
Flea beetles LOVE eggplant! No matter where you live. Do some makeshift covers until they are pretty big. Getting them up off the ground in a large planter helps.
Nice haul! Our drop is tonight and it's the first time ordering for my friends is we're all riding together 😂
What are your favorite pumpkin recipes? We have some we canned years ago we haven’t used yet and 2 pumpkins to process this year. But we don’t really eat pumpkin so need some recipes :)
I didnt love my gala apples. They had a strange taste and not much flavor which was a bummer! We baked them up though and still got them all eaten up. I want to try honey crisp but the price is intimidating to my budget at the moment lol. Will love to hear how you like the sourdough spaghetti. Thats on my "to try" list!
will watch video 😊
Use what’s left of your rolled butter and make herbed butters with them.
Oooh that’s a lovely idea! ❤️
Have you tried just using the a2 milk as daily use for milk for cereal. Is the taste or texture weird?
I have not - Would be an interesting experiment!
Thanks for sharing your time with us!! Nice haul! It is interesting to see others preferred food!) When is your due date? Hope all is going well!? God Bless you now!
Anytime now - prayerfully by Christmas!
@leahrenata4820 Praying with you! We are due January 8th.... coming fast!!
I order from Azure and live in a city area and I can never get fresh produce like yours. I usually have to email me for credits because the product is expired or close to it and also the weight on their in hour products are not what you paid for. Ex I ordered 5 pounds of frozen broccoli and they sent me 4.1 pounds for the same price. This is a repeat problem and has started to turn me off with a disappointment of feeling like I am being ripped off. If they think city people won’t notice, we do notice.
What state are you in? That’s a bummer. I’ve done pickups across the country, both city and rural. The only time I had problems was in the heat of summer.. sometimes fragile produce and frozen goods didn’t make it to the east coast fast enough.
Just bet you in the city doesn’t mean you can’t get produce… the 5 pounds includes box weight like most products do… get the individual bags of broccoli instead, it’s cheaper and easier to deal with, problem solved
Great haul. You look great mama.❤
Was the tube butter tasty ❤
Yes it was fine but not more tasty or rich than the Rumiano :)
New Zealand is the best country for kiwi fruit I will not buy them if their not grown in New Zealand America does not know how to. Grow them properly
I’ll have to start reading the kiwi labels more often - I haven’t paid attention to origin until recently :)
I haven’t tried the Nancy’s product yet. I plan to next month.
Enjoyed the video 😊
Enjoyed your Azure Hall. 😊
Thanks for watching! :)
Hi Leah, you look great. I know you're exhausted. I love your hauls. Ty for sharing.
Sometimes I think the end of pregnancy is harder than the newborn, but grateful to be healthy! :)
Thank you soon-to-be momma ❤
Big haul

Thanks for sharing your time with us! So interesting! Enjoy your channel!)
Hi Leah. Would you be willing to do a video on your journey to healing Lupus? Explaining what you did to heal. This would inspire so many people struggling with autoimmune disease. Thank you so much for your videos. You're amazing!
I would love to do one if there’s interest! :)
@leahrenata4820 I'm definitely interested!!!
Hi there, I thought I heard you say that you are getting fresh cows milk and growing up with milk cows I know that you are getting cream and half and half in your fresh milk . It raises to the top off your milk, and I don’t think you will even notice the difference in the milk when you skim off the cream. Also your boughten half and half will keep refrigerated for a long time until you open it. Hope you find my tips useful!
There is definitely some cream at the top of our milk, but it's not in a wide mouth jar/container so it is tough to skim. We just mix it in and drink it :)
Wow! Purity coffee is super expensive. 48 ounces is $92---- on sale!
@@JFlower7 It is pricey. We buy in bulk and subscribe to save some money.
Yummy! Thank you 😊
Aww man! Now I have to try this! Thanks for sharing with us all!😊 Looking good!!
Of course! Have a great weekend! :)
@leahrenata4820 Yup, you too!!
Great haul! ❤ Do you just freeze the half & half in the carton or do you transfer to a diff container? Same for heavy cream? 😊
I did just freeze it in the carton - but this is an experiment so we’ll see if that’s a good or bad idea 😅
Thank you for sharing
I’m watching at midnight & wishing I had a slice of that homemade bread!! 😂 😋
This is interesting.Awesome video,watching here fromCanada!❤
Hi! Thanks for watching! :)
This video reminds me of some of the things I did back when my children were at home. Now that I’m a Gran, I need to do this again! 🫶🏻 Something you can do to use up those bulk carrots (or make them last longer) is to ferment them. Super quick & easy to do, & *I* think they are very yummy! 😋
All this food looks SO yummy! I’m gonna try this soon. 😋
