Carmen Guzman wrote the music the dates being when she was alive. Vals 1. 2, 3, is the music she was playing. Hope that answers your question!! She was fabulous! Some songs stand alone as words on paper, they don’t need to be complicated. Sometimes they become so much more when the right person sings them. The package deal turns out to be much more than the sum of the parts. This is one of them! Reminds of that little Dolly Parton song that was just about Porter Wagoner, until Whitney got hold of it.
