Hii doc...145 is a very good score..you have to emphasized upon you self study and multiple revisions,than you will definitely pass.At this moment you don't need to take any coaching and app...just do the same with more focus and concentration you will definitely pass....you can take the help of ARJUNA BATCH and prepare through this batch to attain consistency and proceed in a directional way . bro let me teach you earliest marker to rise in MI is troponin. you will say albumin,but albumin is not a marker only troponin and MB CKMB are markers if question was asking ischemia modified albumin,then it was the answer. Only albumin is not the answer
Doc In Q it was mentioned .... ischemic modified albumin so it will be better answer ... otherwise everyone knows which marker is raised earlier ,but this time they have given the updated data based Q. For your kind info earliest marker raised in mi is myoglobin after which trophin( I and T ) raised which is most relevant marker for myocardial necrosis.📌 Thankyou
