Thank you. I have Gitelman's. I was diagnosed 6 years ago but only told I have CKD. I had no idea the reality of this thing until April this year (2024). A new med I started for a different issue caused a crisis which I had to weather with just the help of an overwhelmed but deeply concerned general practitioner as I couldn't get in to my nephrologist for weeks. I kept being urged to go to the ER but I knew that would make things even worse. Fortunately I saw a much more knowledgeable, new NP at my nephrologist's office and I'm sticking with her. Now I have my brain and energy back, I'm learning. This video is very helpful and I will be sharing it with all my docs. Thank you.
