You guys don't like him boy you would hate the legendary coach Lucky I played for Rockport Fulton High school Pirates and we played them preseason they beat us 14 to 8 but met them again in bidistrict they beat us again 14 to 12 they went on to win state championship 60 to nothing they have always been a great team and coaches, Rockport Fulton Pirate class of 1972-73.by the way the sports writers still ranked us Rockport Fulton the number 2 team in the State class 3A.

Southlake let the fox out of the cage and into field of play. I was sitting in the corner of the end zone and watched them open a cage that was under a blanket and let the fox out. Skyline players were obviously surprised by it and caught them off guard which opened up the hole and into the end zone went Hill. Then after Southlake won State the following week they were on the field holding stuffed toy foxes

Damn, watching first half of video thought this guy is crazy, but demanding perfection at all times is the only way to success. We live in a society of participant awards and that just trying is fine. The man puts in back ups and still beats starters. He’s trying to win a state title his first 4 yrs he’d take his starters out at half time and they’d get into the playoffs and get beat because the guys weren’t in shape to play 4 quarters, he decides to play the starters 3 quarters they win state champs now but the opponent gets butt hurt! His opponents need to get better. He is doing what it takes to win championships not his fault his opponents suck

I didn't realize the game of football has a mercy rule? He coaches to win like every other great coach. What bothered me is the mentality of the Hebbronville coaches. A few years ago there was a different swagger about them, I know the coaches are different now. This isn't pee wee league football, this is readying kids for the next level if they so choose. If coaches are going to cry about losing, maybe they should look at themselves in the mirror and do more film study. LESS CRYING.

Hot dang kiwis...chill out. Always crying about something. They only did the haka because it was the easiest to learn. The coach did make them read the translation and watch the videos. They switched it a bit this year because they wanted to get away from it and move toward the sipi tau since the team was predominately Tongan. I don't care i like his coaching style. It gives his players an edge. They rather give their best than have coach give them the business. It a life lesson you don't be great half way be great throughout. Those young men is going to take that lesson and applie it to life. Football is more than xs and os. Life lesson.
