During His visit to Laos PDR ( People’s Democratic Republic)
for the ASEAN Summit, Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi visited Vat Phou Temple, an ASI protected monument. Hon’ble PM Modi witnessed an exhibition on its restoration and conservation by ASI. Shri Sundar Paul, Director (Conservation) of ASI highlights its role in safeguarding cultural treasures and briefed about the progress of the conservation work done by the organisation over the past 15 years.
