I LOVE the Stonehenge story! Especially considering that Spinal Tap filmed a demo version of their Stonehenge scene in '82 to get funding for the movie. The Spinal Tap set was ridicu.ously small, the Sabbath ridiculously big.

I love the story. Rock and roll is a theatrical production. Life is strange especially when what happens is different than what you could have possibly imagined. Thanks for all you do.

Ian commenting on a strange time in Black Sabbath with that line up. Bev Bevin even though he played with ELO . He was from Birmingham the same as the rest of the members. They might have known each other when they were they were all starting out in music. Ian Gillan has stated previously that he was the worst singer Black sabbath ever had. I personally felt that his contribution on Born Again along with Glenn Hughes contribution on Seventh Star are excellent and diverse and add tremendously to the overall Catalog of great Sabbath Music following in the footsteps of Ozzy and Dio and The other music with Tony Martin is also very important in the legacy of this band .

Whenever I'm thinking of " BORN AGAIN" album, only two concept come to my mind. 1. Cruelty of this music world. 2. Prejudiced mentality about something that is unique! It is painful for me after saw people had treated Black Sabbath's album Born Again . Intentionally the whole world kept this album underrated. Seeing this I'm now is sick, frustrated, dejected, anguished one. My love& enthusiasm of music now is totally disrupted. Ian Gillan's vocals particularly on 'BORN AGAIN' & 'Disturbing the priest' song is simply outstanding, unexplainable, and Divine one. All the Metal God's IOMMI, GILLAN, GEEZER, WARD came together to create a classic, an impeccable, pure heavy metal album.

Fans love this album but if you ask iommi or Gillian they think it was a disaster.

Born again is a great album. It also features the heaviest sabbath song , Disturbing the priest.

They killed the dwarf lmao.

Good record mixed like crap, the sound was horrible.

I love how Gillan has these little pauses, clearly like "How can I even possibly describe this..." He does a great recounting though!!

I was at that MLG show. Don’t remember the dwarf or dry ice. Just remember Gillian was amazing. Too bad the boys didn’t make a follow up album.

Any time the subject of great rock singers comes up, Ian Gilan should always be in the conversation. As much as I like Zeppelin, Gillan could sing circles around Robert Plant.
