Welcome to our world...On our channel we'll give you an insider's view to many activities at and by JHB Culinary & Pastry School. Our facilities boasts a Bean2Bar Cocoa bar, a cake deco station, production bakery which supplies retail, Conception Restaurant with a beautiful brass bar which is open to the public and two quaint outdoor terraces with a relaxing hydroponics garden where we grow our own micro herbs and salad greens. This facility gives our students an all round culinary, pastry and hospitality experience. Our on-site media studio exposes our students on media activities such as hosting cooking demos and tutorials including food styling and photography. This is how we Train Productive, Independent and Employable Chefs.
