Youve just moved it up to get a lower drag? There isnt a projected speed per 500m.. its time. Why is 30 strokes a minute perfect? Surely lesser strokes for somebody new to rowing should concentrate on technique and not so many strokes… I dont think you should be teaching any rowing…..the coming in phase is the catch phase also… NO. The catch is into the cradle not when you go past the knee…. Its legs, hips arms, arms hips legs. This video is terribly taught…
