Thanks Steve! Yes sir that deep dive app is awesome! I tie an FG knot. It takes a little while to get the hang of it… but it works great! I hardly ever fish lipless. For me they are too much work. And when they are a viable bait I have confidence in other things. I haven’t forgotten about our trip. I haven’t been out since we spoke last believe it or not! I will let you know when I am heading out there!

No, I haven't. I did purchase the hover rig from Core Tackle and the Crush City Freeloader. Will be trying it shortly.

You don't know squat about fishing. I was born and raised in FL. LOTs of bass much bigger than this one have been caught on spinning rods. In fact, an old man who lived behind our house when I was a child caught bass on a CANE pole.(He kept his row boat on our beach)
