Very clean and still modern looking,they just need to re-adjust rental and fine more trendy stores. Good affordable clean food court goes a long way. Co-vid has made people lazy (maybe part of the overall plan of the pandemic and why the shutdowns in blue states). I myself would much rather touch and see the goods I'm buying but your taking that away for us so Ebay and Amazon is one of the only options open to us.

All the malls near me are still kind of crowded. One was repurposed for modern times.

It’s Northbrook Court soon. This mall started losing stores in 2019 and we started losing stores in 2020-21 and went from 94-65 now and I think 2022 is gonna be the end, and it will be like this mall. We just lost H&M, J. Crew and some nice stores.

i went here recently and this was in october spirit halloween was there and we went in there the mall is dead and will probably get demolished soon

This mall is a disgrace. When it rains they put out buckets. I have lived in the area 8 months and we have seen it go down quickly. I want to know what they are doing with this eyesore.

I live in the area there. Exton mall is about 15 mins from me and I remember when it was a big happing place a great mall to go to. Smaller then the neighboring King Of Prussia mall that is a massive mall, Exton mall was a great alternative if you wanted to avoid the craziness of King of Prussia mall. Now Exton mall is dead, I was just there not long ago and it was such a sad sight to see. Where the mall is in Exton PA, Exton itself is a prominent upper middle class town/township. Located in Chester County Pennsylvania where Chester County is the most expensive County in the state. The combination of online shopping and the pandemic killed this mall. I know a bunch of people that worked there and lost their jobs ultimately. Sad sight to see. Really is.

Music definitely adds to the errieness of this dead mall!
