Honestly I'm just of the mindset that women continuously need to be handled with kids gloves because they always have to be exceptional in some way shape or form. hi SherryJenix, Karaface, Megumixbear and Blankanieves. i want to say that i play ladies in UMvC3; against both HaRaJuKuDoLL (from Florida) and Lady Castrata (from Puerto Rico) and i use my best team against them (Thor, Haggar & She-Hulk). i lost against both of them, and so has my friend, DJ ICE D. i would beat these two maybe 30-35% of the time. i've been playing games since 1977, when i was 4yrs old, i've won a tournament @ FunCenter arcade in San Francisco in Street Fighter II': Champion Edition w/Zangief and won $100.00 before tournaments got so big @ Sunnyvale to where it became EVO today. long before EVO, i lost to a girl in MK1; i used my best and my most favorite character in all of MK1; Sonya, against a girl who was older than me; a legendary gamer, so legendary, she brought her then baby daughter to FunCenter in a stroller while kickin ass in MK and getting high scores in Galaga '84. she beat me w/Kano. me and my friend, DJ ICE D (yes, im BusterBros1P on PS4 Pro and YamatoOfficerZX on XBOX ONE X) and i know Horemheb IX, DatuSF, PIRRING; The Legend (CAT-The Champion of All Time) and yes, my younger brother (BusterBros2P) trained with and personally knows Dave Bautista. it was me and my friend's DJ ICE D's dream to have girlfriends who are gamers; but in the early 80's, there weren't many in the arcades compared to today. im still looking for for that special girl, and i hope a potential relationship won't end up cheesy or awkward like in Biohazard CODE: VERONICA or what i heard how corny the love story was in Ready Player One. all i want is a girl who i can relate to, especially in terms of gaming, i felt cheated of such a relationship for 30 yrs. so, point is, yeah, i lost to 2 girls in UMvC3 many times Online, and one of them used an all-girl team! i believe it was Morrigan, Chun-Li & Gloria. =)

I don't have an issue with transgender players in the FGC. However, Karaface is probably the most unpleasant trans person I've met in the FGC. Incredibly rude both IRL and via social media. So respecting them, imo, needs to be something mutual, when they don't really give respect back to people they know.

Some people here are confused. Thinking girls are not usually good at games is not sexism. It's reality. It's not like they grew up playing fighting games so why should we expect them to be good? It's no different than assuming some 8 year old won't whoop you at a game like Marvel or Street Fighter. Is that some kind of horrible prejudice towards kids? No... it's just facts of life man. If anything, this just means people are underestimating their opponent. Not sexism. Females need to get over themselves cuz they just bring drama everywhere and it's annoying af.
