These should be stopped immediately by the referees. If there is a Tyson punch to the torso it is also DQ. It´s all about evaluate the "Flagrant Unsportsmanlike action". Throw in foul: First you give verbal warning then it´s a Technical Foul. If last 2 minutes of the game you show the "illegal boundary line crossing" signal. If the defender brakes the line it´s a technical foul without warning.
