Living in an urban area definitely increases your daily walks. I moved from Houston to Chicago over 20 years ago and the concept of walking places was so foreign to me. Now, I couldn’t imagine it any other way. I love being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

That was a fun video... I enjoyed seeing all the outfit combinations in that try-on format. I've decluttered so much clothing because of weight gain from thyroid issues and perimenopause but it actually turned out I needed a wardrobe overhaul anyway. I had so many polyester tops with bold, colourful patterns and not only do I want clothes made of natural fabrics but those loud designs don't reflect my actual personality. I'm pretty quiet and don't want to stand out and be the centre of attention so I'd rather have more solid neutrals like you have now. However, I don't want to buy a bunch of clothes either so I'm making due with what I kept that still fits and isn't synthetic.
