In this video I replace a worn out bottom ball joint on my Mazda CX-5 on my drive with only basic tools. It shows how I removed the lower arm to enable me to hammer out the old ball joint then carefully drive in the new one with a big hammer and a piece of Aluminum pipe. The ball joint cost me £15 and a couple of hours of my time to get the car back on the road.

Mazda CX5 2.2 diesel. Oil/filter change at 158000 miles. Oil changed every 10000 miles. After about 8000 miles after an oil change the Low oil pressure warning sign comes on occasionally which I have been told is due to the oil slowly being diluted with diesel because of the regen system.
