Der Ofen passt da nicht hin, dann eher Fussbodenheizung. Wenn der Winkel der Treppe etwas steiler wäre könnte man die Waschmaschine verschieben und der Dusche mehr Raum geben. Ansonsten ist es ein gemütliches kleines Häuschen ❤

The plan itself is great however I would do massive redecorating. The wallpaper in the bathroom is quite ugly. But I could live there, peacefully and content. It's just right for one person a bit crowded for 2.

Die Küche hat eine schöne Farbe. Bitte einen Backofen mit einbringen. Ich wünsche mir ein Badezimmer nur mit Dusche. Dazu ein Bidet und ein Hänge-WC. Das wäre schön. Und ein Fenster ist natürlich ein Muss im Bad. Vielen Dank für die vielen tollen Ideen.

Super cute. I'd probably make a few little changes but, Otherwise it's perfect for someone like me who's disabled and doesn't need a lot of room and minimal furnishings.

The washer stuck in the corner of the kitchen makes absolutely no sense. How are you going to have plumbing lines run to it or a drainage hose? Not to mention it's just not practical, and in a small home, practicality is a must!

Nice one! 😍 I would sleep upstairs & use the downstairs for storage, work & hobbies like drawing / painting (and have a big window for extra natural light) 😄. And maybe make the living room a tiny bit bigger & watch the outdoors instead of the tv (perhaps tv hidden in cabinet) 😊.
