You can test your temp guns by putting ice water in a glass and measuring the temperature. It should be 32 degrees f. At least that’s what my research has shown on calibration of them.

I'm so glad you think so...I went to home depot and had them cut me some rectangles of about 18" x 13" of mdf boards, then I place a shelf liner that I purchased from the dollar store.

@@roseguzman2159 I swear my counter top is slanted - LOL...so underneath my mdf board, I have a little cardboard to balance it. And then below my mdf board I have a vinyl sheets that I buy from Hobby Lobby or Joannes. So it's my countertop; one vinyl sheet (with a pattern); another clear vinyl sheet; and then my board. Yes, I'm OCDC!!!
I just recently moved so I have to set my workspace up all over again. LOL… I think we all get OCD sometimes!!

Thank you...I sure miss doing my dutch pours - so when I saw this I had to try. Me too - i thought the resin would move more. Check out another of my videos where I did the dutch pour using acrylic paints on top of a resin-ed piece.
