This film was planned, written, filmed and edited by us, the Young People's Advisory Group. We sit within an award-winning regional programme called the 'ARC Outreach Alliance: Young People's Open Minds in Northwest London (arc-nwl.nihr.ac.uk/research/multimorbidity-and-mental-health/arc-outreach-alliance.)
Our group is for young people aged 14 - 25 to come together and advise the ARC on key priorities in the sphere of youth mental health. We convene to help inform the research performed by the Imperial College London / NIHR ARC NWL, but also to promote our own activities in the area, which include creative pursuits designed to further explore the underlying considerations in youth mental health issues and to embark on conversations with other young people, and policymakers on youth mental health.
