Animation is completely created in Blender 3D (modeling, rigging, animating, rendering and compositing). Rendered on the Cycles engine, it took an average of 11 minutes per frame, 4882 frames in total. It all took about 3 months, maybe 4 months. I don't know a tutorial on this. You can search for something on the subject of smoke simulation and force field . I created the jet with the help of smoke, and the direction with the help of the wind.
