When I came to Atlanta that was the first thing that grabbed me was the diversity. Seeing all the different cultures and people of different walks of life getting along in Harmony! ❤️ It was beautiful!!! Asians, Hispanics, blacks, Jamaicans, Africans, Indians, Puerto Ricans. The housing market is getting so sad. Those are not even houses and you paying almost half a million for no privacy. No backyard, no front yard.. I'm 39 years old. I'm not paying 300k for apartment. This is for the younger generation
Definitely can understand your frustration, times are definitely toughhh. When someone is a bigger house and doesn't have the budget for it, I always recommend starting off with a new construction. You almost always have immediate equity; when you sell, you can use that to get your dream home!
