Did James ever sing in key. He sucks. Saw them over 20 times. The only time I saw him somewhat sing in key was on the Images and Words tour.

I didn't know they had also covered Tears before. James did great there!

The fact that it takes the FIVE guys in DT to cover the THREE members of Rush speaks volumes to the latter's abilities!

What happened with "Limelight?" Everything before it was just fine but in the case of "Limelight" we only see about the first 5sec. If the whole song had been omitted I wouldn't have had anything to remark upon because there would've been no problems to see. May I respectfully suggest that you edit the video and remove the few seconds of "Limelight" that are in your otherwise fine vid?

A lot of people are trolling Geddy for his vocal style. James LaBrie is an excellent singer but the DT Covers prove that Geddy's vox are an integral part of the RUSH sound. By the way... I like the DT covers...

I saw Dream Theater cover Different Strings. It was Christmas Week '98 at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia, PA. It was an Uncovered style show and it was the final tour with Derek Sherinian on keyboards. I wonder if that's the version here? I'm sure they only played it a few times. They also covered La Villa Strangioto at that show, which they ended with a tease of the main riff from Cygnus X-1, if memory serves. Other covers at that show included Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, and Since I've been Loving You. Their setlists were more free spirited in those days.

Too bad laBrie is still in DT……

I don't care what anyone says, Dream Theater is amazing!! I love both Rush and Dream Theater. Quite honestly I think DT is better than Rush instrumentally but no one can replace the original prog masters.
