The Met Gala is a costume themed party, that is why the had the flowers. A better comparison would have been the Oscar's or the Grammy's.

It was interesting to watch. But I must say that few pictures that you used were not a real pictures of the celebrities attending, but an AI generated pictures of their possible looks if they were there (ex. Lady Gaga, Beyoncé at Met Gala).

This is beautiful. I love the reviews. I have waited for this for weeks, thank you for taking the initiative to show case this to the world. I love the way you compiled the looks on one same video. It kills the noise. Again, i agree with you that soon Africa will become the hub for fashion. We have a lot as Africans and we have nore to give the world. Like someone said, Veekee James will soon start sewing for Beyonce.

Another thing Veekee missed is that she let her hair 'twin' with the dress. So, it made her look very monochromic - for lack of a better word. Grey and white are bright neutral colours, so a dark hair would have made her face and the entire outfit pop a lot better.

Well for me o....it was Hilda taking everything into consideration from her simple hair and simple make up. Maybe because I am not a make up fan and not really into wigs as well. But overall well done to both of them because they really look amazing in the outfit.😊

I think the dress looked better on Hilda because she has the height, and statistics for it. I personally think if you don't have an hourglass figure, you should about such straight dresses. If Veekee had taken this dress in a darker colour, then she may have easily bodied it just as well as Hilda did cos black has a way of de-accentuating deficiencies
