I have a question about recovery. I have been experiencing pain in my neck, somewhere around the C1 to C7 vertebrae, as well as in my upper back, and I can clearly feel the soreness or weird pain from T2 to T4 or possibly T5. This pain initially began 9 months ago after I was stacked aggressively during a roll. I thought it was just my T2, and I rested for a week but I could always felt a little bit of the back but the pain resurfaced last week and is affecting me again. Now, I can feel discomfort somewhere in the C1 to C7 region, and I am clearly experiencing issues in my upper back from T2 to T4/T5.I am looking for guidance on how to recover, as I hope I won’t experience paralysis.
Ross pointon learned me this before I left his gym through injury
Let me know if the make one that fights back and adapts to your moves so the user has to learn new techniques...
I hit this all the Time. Works great for BJJ
It costs 4,800 and yes, I’m gonna save up for one. BJJ is life
I knew this would work in gi!

@ but why tape on feet why
@@Yorumcu666 I broke my big toe and it was in the later stages of healing

I hit this on Omar all the time

@ uh oh 😰
Snap them up instead?
😊
Who is gonna work this and master it 😂 its too confusing
@@flagellumdei741 the more you drill it, the better you get and less confusing :) a lot of things at first are a lot to take in. Marination…every great wrestler and grappler works years to master takedowns. Single leg is one of the most common takedowns. So to answer your question, who is gonna work this and master it? Literally anyone who wants to be good 😊
What a move..
Thanks
BJJ WHitebelt here! I learnt this throw a month or 3 ago and it's already one of my most used throws. I find it works especially well against bigger guys because it's super easy to get underneath them.
How short is that guy
Thanks - I am 5foot 1 hence often have trouble taking down larger opponent, I think thigh pry will help me in my game :)
Way to source new eye balls: Wrestler teaching wrestling, while wearing bjj pants. 😂 Brilliant!
Excellent tutorial 💪
The Rollbot by Cyberdyne Systems. Just waiting for one that looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger.
I think I’m in the background. lol
What these videos miss are good set ups and timing which 100 percent of the time will determine if these techniques work or not. This will not work if you don’t unbalance your opponent and catch the leg when there is no weight on it. Pointless to even teach this without even a good simple set up.
@@The021589cjr no risk technique like this doesn’t need a set up. A set up is great but there is no risk here. If I miss it… I am still back in a good stance ready to go. If I’m taking a single leg, or double leg, or a higher risk shot where my body could be in bad positioning if I miss it then set ups are critical. Easy concept
not good, wrist looks compromised
@@3DHDcat 😂
I've a wrist injury and long arms ,this atm doesn't seem like a good hand fight tech unless I have enough space/get them long
@@3DHDcat slide by is a great upper body option. Do your research, watch wrestling videos, NCAA, Olympics, Jiu Jitsu, etc. Once you realize it’s dominance and high-level wrestlers and grapplers utilize it constantly you will change your mind.
I did the car wheel escape in my black belt teacher, and he kept getting mad and then I switched classes, and I tried to do a cartwheel escape in the next blackout, and he predicted it
Isn't your head vulnerable to blow from opponent during this maneuver?
@@wilsontheconqueror8101 striking sure not in BJJ (as the title reads)
And if they don’t react ?
@@انوشقزوینی then they trip over you foot. They must jump over to not trip

Agreed! Once I'm swept over, I usually go for an Americana from underneath. Will have to try the reverse buggy choke. Thanks!
😂😂😂🐂💩
you realize if the dude is too heavy or has a concealed weapon you are dead , even if he pubched you in your nose or one of the eyes you could end up with a broken nose or lose you eye or eyesight , very stupid advice
@@MAHAKALAXXXV it says “wrestling for BJJ” not self defense or MMA or striking. You can sure type (kind of)… but you can’t read 😂😂😂
This was really good thank you
thank you!
Really helpful! Are you also pulling with your arms, or are you more focused on the bow for the finish?
My arms are holding the leg tight and funneling it/pulling it through the legs but my main focus is crashing my weight down on top of the thigh.
This to me, looks like an IKEA manual!
If I snap the arms down would it not be easier for the opponent to sprawl?
If you snap the arms down you could snap his arms right into a downblock (i think that is more your question/concern), but you want to level change and go right as you snap the arms, catch them off guard.. If you are concerned about it you can always pop the arms up to clear them totally.
And with the other hand pouche ur face 😢
@@imAleSso read the title, it says for “wrestling for BJJ” 👍🏽 reading level 0/10
Awesome 👏🏼 thanks for posting this 💚
I took krav maga and i never learned this but can u when u have the persons leg in between ur knee and groin could u roll to the outside and cause them to lose balance or would that not work? Idk im just asking to see if youll try what i mean
When you are a striker that’s hard to do
If this was MMA there would be some major adjustments to this shot and finish
Islam makachev did that to dustin high crotch can do it but how to counter from heel i Guess
I thought that was Andrew Tate at first 😅
Andrew Tot lol
Hello, I’m new to mma and is my dream to compete in it in the next 1-2 years. I’ve read a lot about double leg. Am I supposed to have my rear leg on the floor first or my lead leg first?
When you shoot you are going to do a "penetration step" AKA "drop step." Your lead leg will step forward and you will go heel, toe, knee. Drive your knee over your toes until it hits the mat. The trail leg (the one behind you) will follow and step up to it's foot. You drive off the trail leg, keep your head up, ear in the lat, short choppy steps, and finish..
Thank you for the technique! Is the queue to use this sweep when your partner attempts to clear the knee shield? OSS
Yes 100% I wait until they try to switch their hips and pass
So dope
That final trip seemed excessive 😂
To pull the leg up, you should drive first, then pull back, grab the ankle, then raise it. Always drive first when you can, it gives you control. -former D1
