Perhaps the people (men?) on the board had first to see and hear this brave woman talk when she has used medicinal marijuana, the way she speaks with more ease and not feeling stressed out with each stutter. Before getting on 2015 Rec Mmj user. I was taking mental health 2004 stopped taking there drugs by 2009 pharmaceutical drugs prescribed by their nurse didn't care to read more it knowledge the side effects that would cause it to use my nausea. To turn into Gastroparesis diagnosis yesterday 5/7/2015. But the gastro specialist needs blaming marijuana for causing my gastroparesis. And refuses to knowledge the gas mental health nurse prescribe drugs prescription that is started and caused my gastroparesis she nor is it completely still blaming marijuana for my problems. The doctor still trying to put me on drugs by testing my heart rate next. But I'm standing firm staying away from Jefferson center of mental health nurses that used me for experimental drug that never help my mental condition but only cause this Gastroparesis to be experience I did not want in my life. I'm working n my med card again for my safety eating survival reasons now.

alas, Iowa has incompetently, or fiendishly, broken a necessary part of due process law to allow up dates such as the Iowa Board of Pharmacy attempted. I think they may have tried to obey us, and were jambed by incompetent law. Carl Olsen and I are joined at Iowa District Court level on a suit of his to force pot off schedule one. we are defied by our local governor and his taking a public oath to veto us for medical marijuana here in Iowa. what a hypocrit when his kid smokes pot with My kid ;-P

I am so impressed with this woman! Thank you for speaking out. The pharmacutical companies and doctors give children methanphetamines in the forms of ritalin and adderol but they don't legalize marijauna. So much crime and garbage could be prevented if they just legalized it and then good honest ppl could just grow a plant in their yard and their pain could be relieved.

We are addressing the Iowa Board of Pharmacy in Des Moines Iowa. The press was ambivilant to us at first. But, it changed when we were so well received by the public. I am soo humble to stand where this sweet woman did and speak to the board. If she was shaking as bad as I was to tell these cops we smoke pot in Iowa... well, she has more guts than most soldiers Ever! @ComoMiel Yes I was able to turn around a 100 lb weight loss with medical marijuana. Plus it controls my nausea immediatly. I say LEGALIZE CANNABIS NOW!

I also have gastroparesis i am 28 and i have had this disease for over 10 years now and everyday is a struggle. Cannabis is the only medicine that helps me deal with my illness.if it wasnt for Cannabis I would only weigh 120 pounds. Cannabis has helped me for over 15 years and I will continue to use it regardless of what the law has to say about it I have a right to feel healthy and normal and Cannabis makes me feel that way.

I used to be on depokote as well, along with many other medications for bipolar disorder. Those medications are the reason that she's talking slowly, and seems confused. Be happy you're not in her head, because I've been in a mental state like that. It feels like you're in a dream and you're trying to clutch onto your thoughts through a haze but they keep slipping away. I stopped taking those about a year ago and started smoking cannabis instead. It works better with no side-effects like those.
