Just discovered these guys in the last year and I can’t get enough. Nothing and Narrow Head 2 of my favorite bands I’ve found recently can’t get enough of either of them

@@fakeone7116the point is, the crowd doesn’t recognize gems when they hear it. So in order to get recognition, they have to please the masses. And we lose them. I think as long as our community supports precious bands like this, they’ll live. Just saying.

@@toshamarlow9067 tbf it should be more easily recognizeable, I mean Deftones was heavily influenced by Hum for example, but shoegaze is a niche genre to begin with, so even shoegaze bands that have heavier sounds are just tagged as noise rock or post-hardcore, but metallic shoegaze and grungegaze really exist since the 90s, like Smashing Pumpkins, Failure, Swervedriver and Starflyer 59
