I've been loving Bazaar so far, but haven't really felt like I fully understand the game as well as I should. This video was great and gave some good tips, and I hope to see more in the future! You do a really good job explaining your thought process and making it make sense.

Wow those are the lamest combos ever here is the best the 2 two color pants, black and white two face , all cards are face cards and the black and red monster face ( +30 points for every face card), lastly the cyborg joker (copy’s the joker to the right put it to the left of the pants ) max out 2 pair with planet cards and play 2 pair to max out the pants sorry don’t know the joker names

Codex Arcanum is my favourite mod, and Reverie is quite nice as well. It's a shame they're not actively updated, I don't think they work with the newest versions of Steamodded. Balatro should really add steam workshop compatibility....

Great choices all around. I can't recommend Handy enough. Even if you only want to play vanilla Balatro, adding click-and-drag to select multiple cards is soooo nice.

Does playing mods disable achievements? Like, I want the click and drag mod, but not at the expense of getting Completionist++

Have you ever taken a look at Paperback? Or KCVanilla? They’re both great vanilla mods!

A lot of good info here. I've picked up some of it from playing for 11 or 12 hours, but it's very helpful to see it all put together as a cohesive strategy.

I definitely want to have a look at Brainstorm. I have so many builds I want to play but the game always sends me in its own direction and my goal always ends up being just trying to win.

I gotta say I am still struggling with plasma deck a bit. I just unlocked it , i feel there is a very hard cut off point around ante 4 where you have your joker set up or you go bust. First few antes you basically sleep walk through them due the high chip balance. So I take it scaling jokers or general high chip jokers are like the absolute corner stone of the plasma deck? Edit: I just beat it. Pants cavendish for the win

It feels weird to say, but Balatro was my reference point for how I thought about the bazaar. Awesome to see some Balatro content creators crossover!

As much as I like Weather Glass, the issue I'm having with it is that Dooley (currently) does everything Poison and Burn related better to the point that you're generally going to autolose to them. It's not even like you can Freeze the Lizard kek.

One that I thought was interesting: There is a boss blind that automatically selects a random card in your hand each turn. If you Use death on the Card and copy another card into that one, they will both then be force selected for that turn to have to play, not just the one at the start of the turn!

High card is great but Flush the easiest for deck manipulation and is a stepping stone to a Flush five build. Solid A tier.

There's some nuance to the order in which jokers trigger. If it's not on a specific card it's left to right, but if a specific card type triggers a mult/score/x increase, that will trigger when the card is tallied regardless of joker positioning. The cards also read left to right, so you can order some of those card type triggers that way, but not at all by changing joker positions.
