    Grief Attacks can be debilitating, had to slow my breathing down, panic attack was at the door. Triggered by friend losing his father when I received news, felt like all hell broke lose.

    Watching this video of Chidinma is bittersweet. She feels so alive through it! I see her face and I picture her talking. Sometimes I still can't believe she's gone and it breaks my heart all over again.

    Hi pastor Tolu, please don’t stop feeling, don’t stop voicing out your emotions, don’t stop healing, thank you for your help, I drive pass our memories together and it scares me that she’s no longer here, it’s scary how fickle life is, it’s scary how a precious soul like Chidinma can just exist this earth, most importantly it’s scary to think she’s really gone, in a weird way I feel whole knowing that a part of her (you) is still among the living....thank you for your message and thank you for loving and cherishing her just the way you did, I remember so well on how shy she was when she told me about you and her in her car, she acted like a primary school girl lol, from that moment on I knew God had answered her silent prayers, you were her angel and you were specially made for her and she was specially made for you, thank you for making her last days on earth worth living, God bless you and please continue to speak out your emotions, speaking out heals faster than silence, your babies and you are forever in my prayers. #love&light
