I have this, but haven’t played for a couple of years Need to give it another shot
I'm really interested in solitaire play because I do have a lot of trouble finding people near me who might want to play. Could you possibly link to where to get the game or is that against the rules?
the company is white dog games
I love playing Hundred Years War on almost anything. I played an online text or mud type game made by a man named Jim Dunnigan and it was basically an online MMO based on the hundred years war.
It would have been useful for you to actually show playing through a turn, and not just recap the results. That would show how the games mechanics and sequence of play worked.
Very interesting and thrilling development. Nice AAR. Thanks.
Haven’t reached this one yet, interesting set up
Nice calm review, in my game the Scots lost and I’m Scottish!
I heard that the rukebook is a mess and there are a lot of errata. How did you find it?
A minor note. Rulebook, page 14 Direct Command is when the leader is stacked with a brigade marker. Only a leader with a leadership modifier greater than 0 may be placed in Direct Command of a brigade.
These games are fun to play, well done, and thanks.
I love this game, lots of fun, well done and thanks!
The armys Really only moved by water. It would take a yr to trek fully across..that's why I'm surprised he didn't put anything naval control of the lakes controlled everything
You must not be from the East Coast lol
Just found your channel in my OCS feed thanks for the vids
Thanks
good subject best way to learn a game thanks.
Glad you enjoyed it
I don't remember this battle
When in 45 is this, Why no A-bomb?
The units are in their positions at end of ww2 and the US used all its A-bombs
@@morsecode1721 a memo recording the conversation between General John E. Hull and Colonel L. E. Seeman on 13 August, about atomic bomb production in the next few months. And it turns out that there was one ready to be shipped out to Tinian at that very moment. According to Seeman, it would be ready for use on 19 August. As for where it would be used, this from the first chapter of Michael Gordin's Five Days in August: How World War II Became a Nuclear War. He says there that the third drop would 'probably' have been on Tokyo.
I wish they would adapt more of their OCS games to SCSl! I’m thinking The Blitzkrieg Legend, Beyond the Rhine…I guess all their West front. But really they would get more sales if they focused them on the East Front.
Counters and map look nice. Who is the publisher?

70 turns is a lot to manage
What was more fun for you, please? This or Case Yellow?
I lean to case yellow. Case Yellow has balanced scenarios for more game play. But this game is a quick play for both scenarios.
Just played my 2rd solo game in two weeks. love this game. Natives won bot times, Church is essential to unify colonies.
I like how you kept panning and panning and the map and counters kept going and going. I'm considering getting this one. I hear they're developing the Normandy portion to attach to this. I'm not much of an East front player to dive into that theatre, but west front...perhaps yes.
Just found this vid now, but own this game too and our local group really enjoy it. It can go either way, nicely balanced game.
Thanks for your work on this. Two notes: a) less camera movement would be great, b) note the time mark in video notes where you do a summary and conclusions
Could use a bit more energy dude you sound like you're about to go into a coma. Not trying to insult you I swear this is attempted constructive critcism
Great AAR. Very informative on how this works. Can’t wait to put this on the table.
I've got this on order. I'm hoping it arrives through the p500 program. Is it complicated to get into??
Very easy game to learn. There is an extended example of play in the rule book as well. I just got the word that the latest edition is ready to ship and so is the P500 mounted map, which should be a real treat.
Just received mine today.
Great report and very attractive looking game, but I wish I could reach into the computer screen and clip your counters.
I generally don't clip because time and if I need to trade the game I don't any issues with poor clipping on my part.
The constant movement of the camera makes it hard to watch- never still!
