Hello, yes! The reason why this series was cancelled was because unfortunately, people were rushing the creator of the series, PaintedSerenity, to get it done. Shows are something that take LOTS of work and people were sending literal death threats to them over it. On top of all of the stress they were already having. They cancelled the series.

@@Golden-nt1rl yeah, the "fans" were attacking the creator and his friends because they wanted episode 2 to come out as soon as possible, so the creator abandoned the project

There's a difference between an anthropromorphic animal and a normal animal. The wolves speak in this series because we are basically seeing from their perspective, kind of like translating. If they were anthropomorphic they would already have the same physical traights as humans. However, I don't see them walking on two legs.

Unfortunately, because so many people were crying for it to come back and even sending death threats to the original creator and their team, MOON is cancelled and is probably not coming back again. I really loved this series and wished it would get updated but it prolly isnt ever going to.

Dude the series was canceled 6 years ago by the original creator: painted serenity.. « Why ? » you may ask. Because she was being harassed by a lot of toxic people who tracked her everywhere in the internet including her friends, asking for when the next episode would come, at some point it went even further when they send death threats. It’s sad but I guess everyone will have to move on.

It's from Ori but I couldn't find which one the closest one I got is "The Spirit Tree" It didn't quite have the climax sound at the end at all nor in the middle

Me lol.. Sometimes I come back and think of what this serie could have been but I guess only one person truly knows it.. I would have been cool if we at least had the script just to know the story.

Damn, I wonder if things would have been any different if people had been patient and hadn’t harassed her. I would have loved to see the continuation of this series, even for only one episode. I mean, I have a feeling it would have gotten cancelled anyway since lots of projects like this get 1 episode and are discontinued, but still it’s so upsetting that any chance we got to seeing the next episode was ruined by toxic fans.

@@ren858 Well, there was a chance it could've happen since Serenity did gave teasers and short clips, however not much of a plot has been revealed what would've happened in episode 2. As far as I remember from her streams and deleted/privated videos, chronically - the packs (4 as far I can remember) will arrange a meeting, Crow apparently sent Sky (the white pup) somewhere and she got "lost" and his pack members ranted about him potentially sending Sky to Scar and Crow stands by his claim, by voice lines of Sky - it could be apparent that Sky does encounter Scar which Scar offers a position for her in his pack but Sky refuses. Well, there's some art series that still continued after episode 1, you ever heard of "Whitefall" by any chance? Not only that but Serenity did said that there were gonna be 8 episodes (would've answer Scar's motivations and his hatred towards Crow also how he got his scars (and his real name), why he killed Sky's mother, most of the characters dying such as Crow and his pack members (Scar also and the two unnamed packs), Sky would've have avenge her mother and siblings by killing a fatally wounded Scar). Yeah, it's even outrageous when some of her "fans" (well Moon-only fans) said to her face that her "art is crap" and Moon is the only thing "keeping her channel alive". I don't blame her for cancelling the series since it could've gotten worst and spread like a virus.

​@@Cwyoh I have been eyeing this case for a good long time and honestly I never in my days seen anything like it. Normally when a art series gains fame a positive community and following occur. But this is the only time that I know of that a community turned on the creator because they wouldn't make it on there own time and it borderline shocks me such a thing even occurred. I would have shot the bad comments down but unfortunately by the time I found out this was going on it was already to late and what was done was done and nowadays I use this as a key example of why patience is a virtue. But what remains a mystery to this day is why this happened this is something that doesn't happen in this severity even things I know of that come close just don't match the severity or the conditions. In my personal opinion and this is unfounded but speaking from experience it feels like a small group who dedicated themselves to hurting Serenity just because of one reason or another because with over a decade of internet experience I just cant come to any other conclusion that warrants a situation this unorthodox sure it can happen but that's my reasoning for these outcomes especially seeing more recent ill be it not as severe cases of this like William Osmond and Scott Cawthon as examples of when people take crap way to far. As for the hecklers who call you a thief ignore them this isn't thievery, this is a message, and a piece of history that shouldn't be forgotten to put on full display the sheer ineptitude in morals of those who caused this situation and forgetting it would be letting them have there way. And anyone who argues against that point they must keep in mind they are literally justifying shoveing this whole situation under a rug when the message is clear as crystal and is incredibly important for all of us now, and later that we do not tolerate such selfish behavior at least for the more modern comments. Even if you took it when it was not private your still better then those that caused this to happen because you gave credit and you pointed out and confronted what happened here so I can take respect out of those actions.

For some reason I believe one day they'll begin the series again and ive been waiting for years still have hope i know its silly to hope for something that's been gone for a long time but I cant help it

I feel so hurt reading this. I was around 9 when I first discovered it and watched everyday after school. Obviously I didn’t understand why it was canceled because I was so young. But to hear what truly happened is devastating and I’m honestly so disappointed in people.
