Traffic traffic and more traffic!!! All the people coming to Knoxville are destroying it! 40 is a parking lot!
I wouldn't live in that rate race. I grew up concord and when farragut became a city it ruined the whole neighborhood. People moved in from everywhere and didn't know how to mind their own business.
