I had not thought of the difference between a monster and a villain before. I have always thought of monsters as a being. A monster is a monster but villains choose to be nasty which is why we always hope to redeem the villain but kill the monster.
I loved this book so much. Read it for the first time last year. I read the boulding translation, and it was very good. Love hearing your insights.

Love the idea that "this is a play about the power of words to move the soul." around 32:55
Could you provide some resources regarding the Greek terminology in the book of James? I'd like to do some more reading about it, I never knew!
Junius says he's never seen anyone write about it. Perhaps a project for the future!
Just discovered this channel, you have way too few subscribers! Keep up the great work!
Thanks for watching! We used to have a UA-cam that had many more subscribers but it had to be taken down for some logistical, behind-the-scenes reasons. We're back though! :)
Are actions a consequence of Prior actions or do you have free will?
God has written everything from beginning to end. What part of what he's written isn't pious?
I’ve managed to get most of these in recent days. Looking forward to this. How are the readers’ picks done?
The readers' picks are done through our Substack! We announce them and give folks an opportunity to make nominations! www.theclassicalmind.com
