"SOMEWHERE IN THE NIGHT" (1987) VOW WOW First recorded on the 5th album "V" released on September 5, 1987 (counting the live album) Lyrics by Neil Murray / Composed by Rei Atsumi VOWWOW (1987)were Genki Hitomi (Vo) Kyoji Yamamoto (G) Rei Atsumi (Key) Neil Murray (B) Toshihiro Niimi (Ds)
Rest in peace, Toshihiro Niimi! Your unique and impressive play is unforgettable! If it were possible, I would like to see a memorial concert for Toshihiro Niimi with the members who are still alive. He was also an original member from the B era.
Woman, you're walking on a fine line You're heading for a fall this time Caught in the act you know its wrong I was so blind I couldn't see the sign You know its time to say 'so long' Don't tell me lies Don't tell me lies Don't tell me lies Don't tell me lies No way out, no way out if you play with fire You know I don't want no liar It's not too late to change my mind Let's talk it out and try to make things right I'm trying to read between the lines Won't let you go without a fight
Huh? Outside of Ann Wilson and Lzzy Hale, Janet is the best pure female rock vocalist to ever sing a song, why would you ever mess with her vocals? Plus, Share on background vocals is solid as well.
Tommy Vance on BBC Radio 1 Friday Rock Show used to play this loads about 1988
An absolutely fantastic Rocking Band. Genki vocals are. Amazing. 🤩 🤟🏻🤟🏻🎵🌈🌈
Genki Hitomi....what a voice!!!!
Such a solid track.

Awesome track... loved this the very first time I played the album back in 87. Love it.
If I was their manager....I would have almost eliminated the keys.....and turned up the guitars and distorted the vocals more
