I have always wanted to make a Christmas tree similar to the one that was in my childhood in the nineties. In this video I realize this idea - I make a miniature Christmas tree from.... fabric!
I printed the branches and Christmas tree ornaments on a 3D printer. The Christmas tree has a real wooden cross from popsicle sticks and glowing lights with a star.
I show all the steps of assembling and coloring Christmas tree toys using gilding foil and nail polish.
You can buy all the materials on Amazon or Ali express. The fabric I bought from an offline store. It is acrylic, by smoothness and density resembling satin. Such fabric can be found in stores for sewing.
Almost all the gifts and toys under the tree are 3d printouts of different models found on Thingiverse and Cults3d.
