Typically, we would leave a thin layer on the roof of the vehicle and let the sun melt it off rather than chip or scratch at it. Ceramic coatings can actually help prevent ice from freezing to the paint as easily as it would on a vehicle without it.

My experience is that there are a few different patterns available for the Porsche 911 fenders. One of the options I have seen is a butt seam under the headlight. The seam is added to make the installation easier for a novice installer. Seams on pattern cut ppf are unavoidable. However, a skilled installer will have access to better patterns and better techniques to minimize how noticeable the seams are after installation.

Synthetic clay pad. Replaces traditional clay. Later on, the suv received a polish / paint correction.

Great question! We use SunTek PPF in the shop which does come in a Matte option if that's what you prefer. However, our normal SunTek PPF is completely clear and will not make the paint appear matte.

Great question. According to Tesla's site, their interiors are designed to repel stains, but they require regular upkeep to maintain that performance. Adding an interior coating adds an extra layer of protection and makes them even easier to clean. Especially useful if you have young children in the backseats. 👍
