Taylor how many meters of fabric did you use? beautiful dress ❤

I’m currently working on the corset and mermaid skirt, should I be mirroring the pattern for half of the cuts? i.e. the corset pieces say two of main and two of lining but then on the left side my fabric is facing the wrong way. For the skirt the back piece has two main and two lining as well not sure if they should be mirrored. Sorry if you mentioned this and I missed it! 🙏🏾

Hello! I have a question: is there a point in cutting the bodice in multiple pieces instead of just one front and one back? I get the reason for the cups, it's just the other parts, the way the bodice is sliced. Is it just for aesthetics, or is there a technical reason? Thank you!
