To us in Troitsk in CSKА on collecting there came guys from Canada, and one of guys Ilya Abelev (his video is on UA-cam, he is the prize-winner of the pan American games in 2016) after departure all asked me to tell him about some nuances in wrestling, we long suffered communicating on Skype and I decided to try to record video on his questions on the camera, then there was a question of how to forward it to him. in the end, I decided to start a channel on UA-cam to show techniques to Ilya, but then you understand that I could not stop.
