For a better r rating you should have a gap between the metal and the foam board! Glueing the foam board straight to the metal lowers the r rating drastically

I've owned this same speaker system for a few years now, and I have zero complaints. Very clear highs, surprising bass, and the subwoofer kicks a**. I paired them with a Yamaha TSR-700 receiver. I bought everything at Costco for about $700. Definitely a great way to go if you want a solid home theater system on a budget.

Be careful having it up against the house like that.

Just use the tub and shower surround adhesives and it won't melt polystyrene

Swapped a Klipsch SPL 120 for a SVS 2000 Pro and immediately swapped back to the Klipsch. On paper the SVS should've have ate the Klipsch up, but the performance wasn't even close.

I took the 2” sheets cut it to fit the frame and set it flush with the frame so the metal side can get air to dry any condensation that is gonna occur with metal buildings and applying heat inside them. Then I went over the whole thing again with the 2” foam using the caps from cap nails with self tapers to fasten it caulked all cracks Then painted it all white. Super bright and super insulated.

Very very unique to be found these days. Keep it garaged. I have 1990 and never think to give it away✌️✌️

The manual says to drain the oil thru the fill tube...sounds ridiculous, so I removed the drain plug instead of draining the gas tank & tipping the mower over...started it up after changing the spark plug and oil...ran fine. Went to mow the lawn today, and the engine seized! Plenty of oil...mower is 4 years old..fuck Craftsman..I just bought a John Deere!
