Every year, the International Lineman's Rodeo Association (ILRA), in partnership with its sponsors, presents a free one-and-a-half day Lineman's Rodeo Safety and Training conference for attendees. This year, the speakers focused on the importance of staying hydrated, recognizing the dangers of heat stress and being situationally aware.
