My dentist tried to give me a root canal on two of my teeth and both teeth broke! So I have a partial on top and a full denture on the bottom. I hate them. I cant eat with them. I can barely talk with them. I can barely drink with them. They pop up when I talk. They cause sores in my mouth. I just wish I had waited. No one told me how crappy it was going to be, how painful and ugly they would be. I got them because I thought it would be easier. But they are the worst thing I've done to myself. That includes two really BAD homemade tattoos. I hate them. I wish I had this girls teeth before and after.

Twice i was almost dead , uk dentist give you trash antibiotics I wasn’t eating or sleeping for 2 weeks in bouth cases , but my teeth been fix in turkey and they know how to handle infections, yeah you dont pay in uk for dentist and thats why u get trash treatment

Don't understand why you have to pay for residency as a dentist. If every MD/DO resident is getting paid at NYU so should the dental residents. Also the tuition at dental schools should be less than medical schools, NYU med is free so should NYU dental. The earning potential on average is less than dentistry. Really unfortunate.

It's all about self discipline. I'm an emergency medicine physician. I drive a 2005 Toyota Tacoma, live in a modest home (that is paid off) and have paid off all student debt. I am pretty frugal and have always saved and invested a significant percentage of my income. I'm 53 and will retire comfortably in 2 years because I refused to get caught up in lifestyle creep.

Too busy projecting success instead of backing off and letting your wealth catch up to your success. Seriously, canceling both the car leases would make a huge start to the path of retirement.

What's your point about the 5-10% acceptance rate? That 90% of applicants WON'T have $500000 in debt? You're bragging about how special you were to be accepted while you're trying to tell people dental school is expensive - which everyone knows you pay off that debt in no time because dentists did not hitch their wagon to the rest of the doctors and thus have a much higher cash income. Sounds like bragging twice.
